Terms of Service

01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamSynq's services — including our website, automation platform, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all customers, whether you are signing up for the first time or are an existing subscriber. StreamSynq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Services Description

StreamSynq is a business automation platform designed for local service businesses. Our services include:

  • Automated appointment reminders via SMS and email
  • Google review request sequences
  • Client re-engagement and win-back campaigns
  • Two-way SMS and branded email automation
  • Real-time analytics and reporting dashboard
  • Dedicated onboarding, setup, and monthly strategy support

All services are delivered on a done-for-you basis. StreamSynq's team handles the full technical setup on your behalf following purchase.

03 Setup Fee & Onboarding

A one-time setup fee of $2,497 is charged at the time of purchase. This fee covers full account build-out, custom automation configuration, and onboarding — completed by our team within 48 hours of payment.

Non-Refundable Policy: The setup fee is non-refundable once onboarding has begun. Onboarding is considered to have begun upon our team's initiation of your account setup, which typically occurs within hours of payment. If you wish to cancel before onboarding begins, contact us immediately at contact@streamsynq.io.

04 Free Trial

Following completion of your onboarding, you will receive a 30-day free trial of the StreamSynq platform at no additional charge. During the trial period, you have full access to all features included in the Full Automation Suite.

No credit card charge occurs during the trial period beyond the initial setup fee. At the end of the 30-day trial, your monthly subscription of $497/month will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires.

05 Monthly Subscription & Billing

After the free trial period ends, StreamSynq will charge your payment method $497 per month on a recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the day your trial expires and renews on the same date each month.

  • All charges are processed in USD
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current and accurate
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of your account
  • StreamSynq reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice

06 Refund Policy

Setup Fee: Non-refundable once onboarding begins.

Monthly Charges: Each monthly charge carries a 7-day refund window. If you request a refund within 7 days of being charged, you will receive a full refund for that billing period. Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge date will not be honored.

To request a refund, email contact@streamsynq.io within the eligible window with your account details and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

07 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your StreamSynq subscription at any time. To cancel, contact us at contact@streamsynq.io before your next billing cycle begins.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to the platform until the period you've paid for expires
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle unless the 7-day refund window applies
  • Cancelling does not automatically entitle you to a refund of the setup fee

StreamSynq also reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

08 Acceptable Use

By using StreamSynq, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer your StreamSynq account to any third party without our written consent
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

09 Intellectual Property

All software, design, content, and technology comprising the StreamSynq platform are the exclusive property of StreamSynq and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own business purposes.

You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to StreamSynq. By submitting content, you grant StreamSynq a limited license to process and use that data solely to deliver the services described herein.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamSynq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business arising out of or related to your use of the service.

StreamSynq's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to StreamSynq in the three months preceding the claim.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

StreamSynq provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or client acquisition outcomes.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

StreamSynq may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
